Central Denmark Region and Aarhus Municipality visits Shanghai
The chairman of the Regional Council, Mr. Bent Hansen, paid a visit to Shanghai in March together with a delegation from Central Denmark Region and Aarhus Municipality. The main purpose of the visit was the re-signing of the sister city agreement between Central Denmark Region and Shanghai Municipality. 
Furthermore, the chairman had meetings with Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, Hua Shan Hospital and Shanghai Disabled People Federation to discuss future aspects of co-operation. One evening the chairman also met with Central Denmark Region business representatives who are heading companies in Greater Shanghai Area.
Seeing is believing – and during the chairman’s first visit to Shanghai he sensed the pulse of the city and experienced how Danish business people work here. He also got a deeper insight into which future areas of cooperation that can be beneficial for the further development of both Shanghai and Central Denmark Region.
