Central Denmark Region hosts week long event during EXPO 2010 in Shanghai
Central Denmark Region has access to the conference room at the Danish pavilion from September 20-26, 2010 and will use the facilities to boost the well established sister city relationship that the Region signed with Shanghai municipality in year 2003. Since 2003 the sister city relationship has been further developed and includes now two signed cooperation agreements between Shanghai and Central Denmark Region within the areas of health care/hospitals and Science/Research.
The week long event will also promote some of Central Denmark Region’s key competences, services, know-how and products within the areas of Health- IT, Clean Tech etc.
The Chinese target groups are directors from Shanghai Municipal Government’s different bureaus and commissions as well as researchers and businesses that are interested in establishing and developing partnerships and joint projects with the Danish participants.
