Central Denmark Region receive The Magnolia Award from Shanghai
Shanghai Government gives the honourfull “Magnolia Award” to Developmentchief in Central Denmark Region, Kaj Vestergaard Nielsen. The prize is given to Kaj Vestergaard Nielsen due to his support and effort in developing Shanghai in terms of knowledge and training in the rehabilitation area.
Over the last years Shanghai Disabled Peoples Federation and Central Denmark Region has had a fruitfull collaboration in terms of exchange of personel, traning in assistive tool devices and exchange of speakers at different conferences. At the moment the two partners are looking in to new areas of collaboration.
Shanghai and Central Denmark Regions sistercity collaboration has developed over the last eight years. Latest a new business and knowledge based cooperation has been launched in the areas of Energy/Environment, IT and Health/Lifesciences.
